- 5 pages demand letters set (Demand letter, Power of Attorney, Guarantee letter, Interparty agreement, Employment agreement paper) received by foreign employment company.
- Get the first approval from Nepal Government as per the mandatory.
- Publishing in Newspaper with interview dates and call the candidates for interviews.
- Short Listed applicants undertake a pre-interview conducted by our human resource/recruiting officers. The objective is to select the right candidates. The candidate’s qualifying in the pre-interview will be prepared for the final interview.
Interview by Company representative :
- The Selected applicants in the prescreening are presented to the interviewer of the company representative for ultimate selection.
- In the applications needed to be tested technically, Connection Employment Company Pvt. Ltd. will arrange the trade test.
Documentation and Processing
- We provide the resume of relevant candidates with our recruiting manager’s remarks. After approval and on receipt of the authenticated documents the selected candidates are sent for their medical check-up.
- The selected applicants will be sent to a qualified clinic for medical and psychological check-up to ensure that they are sufficiently fit physically and mentally before joining the company.
- The Medical test is valid for 3 months.
- Passports: Connection Employment assists the selected candidates to get their passports as quickly as possible.
- Visa: Connection Employment arranges the paper visas or stamping of visas on the passports of the selected workers with the co-operation of the employer.
- Insurance: Connection Employment arranges insurance of every workers who deployment for foreign employment up to 20 lakhs.
- Final Approvals: Connection Employment arranges the final approvals from governments.
- Connection Employment introduces company’s employment package and benefits, rules and regulations, and the host country’s culture, customs and traditions. We cover the dos and don’ts and applicable law to your future employees.
- The travel arrangement is the final procedure. Before their departure, Connection Employment makes them the affidavit to be signed between the worker and the recruitment agency.
- After signing of the contract with the workers we make travel arrangements. This also includes handing over all the documents (original passport, air ticket, and orientation certificate along with an orientation book to the employee.
- As well as they are now ready to deploy once again the honorable Chairperson himself brief the workers regarding the procedure to enter the airport, cross the immigration and the way during the flight to the destination.
- Also the procedure to clear the immigration in the destination, rules, regulations, tradition, culture, attitude towards the citizens and the other migrate workers of the concerned respective country.
- With the best wishes of the honorable chairman, the workers leave to the airport for their destination.
